If you're looking for a dining experience that will truly transport your taste buds, Hakata Ramen Bar is the place to be! From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a treat. We started with an amazing selection of cocktails, including the refreshing Geisha, which set the perfect tone for the evening. The starters were equally incredible: the BBQ corn ribs had just the right smoky-sweet flavor, the aubergine was beautifully cooked, the chicken wings were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the prawn gyozas were tender with a satisfying bite. For the main event, we indulged in two bowls of Tonkotsu Ramen—one with melt-in-your-mouth pork and the other a rich and hearty vegan option. Both were absolutely phenomenal! The depth of flavor in the broth, the perfectly cooked noodles, and the fresh toppings came together in a way that felt like a warm, comforting hug. Very cool underground-y vibe! Has a lovely bar/ waiting area in the basement. The Aubergine Katsu Sando and Kumamoto (the burnt garlic was excellent) are a must try if you like vegan food!

Excellent ramen bar. The restaurant is small and the seating is a bit tight and not exactly exactly comfortable. Our group of 6 had to wait for nearly 20m to be seated but it was worth it. The service was friendly and quick and the food was flavorful. The spicy edamame was a great starter and we absolutely loved the pork katsu curry ramen. We got the Orbit Hakata red ale to go with the meal and it was nice. Will plan to revisit if we can.

A very authentic experience. We had to wait for a table for 10 minutes, but the bar downstairs is great for passing the time. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the food is tasty and authentic.

You can’t do walk-ins but line is fairly short. Food is good - ramen broth is on point and noodles were cooked to perfection. I tried the aubergine karaage which is unique and has a lot of umami flavours. Cocktails were good with Japanese twist in it.

I had a ramen soup at Hakata and really enjoyed it! The broth was well-balanced, with great flavors, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I tried the vegan ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

After a long day of traveling and walking around Tower Bridge area the family was exhausted and in need for some serious delicious food! My daughter picked this place because she is a big fan of Ramen and oh my the place didn't disappoint. We waited maybe a couple minutes but the service was amazing very helpful, quick and accommodating! We got spicy miso Ramen as well as the chicken Katsu Ramen and some chicken Gyoza. So filling and so delicious!! Definitely recommend them!
